Oversight of the Evaluation of RFOs, PSWs, and CBOs Activities in the Northern Region
An oversight mission led by officials from the NACC CTG/RTG is currently underway in the Northern Region.
The objective of this mission is to evaluate the activities of the Registry Filling Officers (RFOs), Psychosocial Support Workers (PSWs), and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs).
The mission, which is taking place throughout the week, began with a visit to the Approved Treatment Center (ATC) at the Garoua Regional Hospital, where mission members were able to observe firsthand the activities carried out by the ACRRs, APSs, and CBOs.
Mission leaders expressed their satisfaction with the mission’s progress so far, noting that discussions with local stakeholders have been productive and have yielded valuable insights for improving the national response to HIV.
The mission will continue with visits to other health facilities (HF).
