Dr. ELAT NFETAM Jean Bosco, Public Health Doctor, Permanent Secretary of the National AIDS Control Committee from April 2008 to October 2019.
In 2004, he obtained a Master’s degree in Public Health after completing his doctorate in medicine. From 1998 to 2001, he served as a general practitioner at the Yokadouma District Hospital in the Eastern Region. Called to the CNLS in 2005, he first served as Program Monitoring Officer for the 5th Round of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, before his appointment as Permanent Secretary.
Born on July 21, 1970 in Kumba, South West Region, Dr. ELAT is married and has five children.
