Dr. MALAMA Toussaint, Coordinator of the Northern Regional Technical Group on AIDS, was honored
The Minister of Public Health, Dr. Manaouda Malachie, presented him with the Award of Excellence for his exceptional dedication.
The Regional Coordinator for the North has distinguished himself through his dedication, selflessness, and exceptional commitment to implementing the HIV response policy in his region.
The award was presented to him on behalf of the Minister of Public Health by the GCU-GFP Coordinator, Dr. Rogers AJEH, on March 15 in Édéa, during the institution’s coordination meeting.
In presenting the award, Dr. Rogers AJEH praised the recipient’s exemplary leadership and encouraged him to continue his efforts with the same rigor and determination.
Upon receiving this award, Dr. Malama Toussaint expressed his deep gratitude and reaffirmed his commitment to redoubling his efforts. He stated:
“I am deeply moved by this recognition and find it hard to put into words our gratitude and my appreciation to the leadership for this mark of trust. I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere thanks to the Minister of Public Health for this honorary distinction, as well as to the Permanent Secretary, the Deputy Permanent Secretary, the various coordinators, and the section heads, whose leadership and support have been instrumental in achieving our objectives. This recognition commits the RTG/North and all its staff to redouble our efforts, to innovate, and to maintain a dynamic of performance in order to achieve the assigned objectives.”
